Ce groupe de réflexion a été créé afin de permettre aux professionnels de se consulter entre eux, de répondre à ces questions et de s'entraider dans le but d'atteindre la meilleure manière qui soit pour atteindre les objectifs professionnels de chacun.

Carl Marchand est fondateur du Réseau
International de Pratiques en Négociation. Après avoir complété des
études universitaires dans le domaine de la linguistique, Carl entamme
un parcours de plus de quinze années dans le domaine de la vente et du
développement des affaires pour différentes entreprises. Son expérience
dans le domaine de la vente passe autant par le Business to Consumer
(B2C) que par le Business to Business (B2B).
Ses dernières années dans le milieu l'ont amené
à développer auprès de grandes sociétés dont certaines faisant partie
du Fortune 1000. Monsieur Marchand réalise vite que le contexte
corporatif exige une approche très différente, notamment lorsque les
décideurs sont pour la plupart des cadres supérieurs. C'est à la base de
cette expérience et des différences d'approche psychologiques,
linguistiques et décisionnelles imposées par le contexte corporatif que
monsieur Marchand décide de lancer son cabinet-conseil.
Aujourd'hui, Carl Marchand accompagne des entrepreneurs et des
décideurs dans leurs processus de négociation. Il intervient
particulièrement au niveau stratégique ainsi que dans l'approche
psychologique des négociations.
